Apex Islamic School Application Process
A simple four-stage process designed to make applying to Apex Islamic School clear, straightforward and easy for families.

Stage 1 – Online Registration
Complete the online registration form and pay the £20 registration fee to request an admissions interview.

Stage 2 – Interview Invitation
The applicant and their parents/carers will be invited to attend an admissions interview with the school.
Documents to Bring:
Valid photo identification for BOTH parents/guardians
Passport or driving licence.
Proof of home address dated within the last 3 months, For example, a bank statement, utility bill or council tax bill.
Your child’s passport and/or birth certificate
Your child’s latest school report
Any SEND, EHCP or additional educational support documentation, where applicable.

Stage 3 – Offer of Admission
Successful applicants will receive an official offer of admission.

Stage 4 – Fee Payment and Place Confirmation
To accept the offer and secure the student’s place, parents/carers must pay:
The £240 admissions fee; and
A minimum of the Term 1 school fees, or the full annual school fees.
The student’s place will only be allocated and confirmed once the required payment has been received.
