A calm, purposeful school day where academic ambition and Islamic character are taught together, in separate boys' and girls' provision.

7:50–8:00am: arrival window

7:20–8:00am: Boys' Hifz classes
3:10–3:30pm: Key Stage 3 collection

Please send a healthy snack for break. Water only: no fizzy drinks, juices or energy drinks.
Smartphones are never permitted on site. Basic phones are handed in to the office at drop-off.
Lunches are catered by A2A Services Ltd. All meat is HMC certified and prepared freshly each day. Lunches are not provided on Fridays.
Ordering dates are sent to parents in each term's lunch letter. Please contact the school office if you have a question.

Every student belongs to a house group, with students from different years together. Older students mentor younger peers, and staff use the houses for mentoring and coaching. Our houses are Al Quds, Madinah and Makkah.

Our behaviour approach is built on reflection, accountability and calm, fair correction (Muḥāsabah). We ask pupils, staff and parents to play their part.

Illness: please call the school office by 10:00am on the first day, then confirm in writing.
Medical appointment: please give the class teacher the appointment letter in advance.
Arriving late: please sign the late book at the office.
Term-time holiday: not authorised. The only exception is Hajj, for up to 10 days.

Students wear the full Apex uniform every day, smartly and modestly. Uniform is ordered online from Ian Howard Schoolwear.
Outdoor coats: dark and plain, with no images or slogans.
Shoes: black school shoes only. Trainers are for PE only.
Appearance: no make-up, nail polish or visible jewellery.

Apex offers Muay Thai and after-school clubs. Qimmah runs maktab study and summer schools for the wider community.
