Working together with home

A close partnership between school and home is essential to your child's success. Here is where to find the information you need.

Parent platform: SkoolMIS

We use SkoolMIS to keep you connected. You can report absences, monitor progress, read reports and message teachers.

Your school code

Please call the school office on 020 8554 1208 and we will give you the school code to log in.

Please raise concerns early. It makes all the difference.

The essentials

Reporting an absence

Please call the school office by 10:00am on the first day of illness, then confirm in writing. Please give appointment letters to the class teacher in advance.

Lunches

Lunches are catered by A2A Services Ltd, with HMC certified meat prepared freshly each day. Lunches are not provided on Fridays. Ordering details are sent in the termly lunch letter.

Uniform

Full Apex uniform is worn every day. Order online from Ian Howard Schoolwear. The school life page has the uniform guidelines.

How we work together

We value our parent community and want every interaction, even a difficult one, to stay constructive. We ask parents to raise concerns with the class teacher or pastoral lead first, to use SkoolMIS for routine messages, and to model the behaviour we teach.
